• Payment data: processed by our payment partners (Stripe, PayPal). We never store full card numbers.

• Provide, maintain, and improve Aixor.
• Process payments and deliver credits.
• Send transactional emails (e.g. password reset, receipts).
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• Communicate updates, only if you opt in to marketing.

3. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with vetted processors that help us run Aixor (hosting, payments, email, analytics, AI providers), and only what is necessary for them to perform that service. We may disclose data if required by law.

5. Children

Aixor is designed for learners aged 10 and up. Users under the age of consent in their country must have parental or guardian permission to use the service. Educators using classrooms are responsible for obtaining the appropriate consent.

6. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or in-product.
